A wedding asks hundreds of questions of you. Our job is to make sure every one of them arrives with the answer already half found.
Before any choice lands with you, we've written detailed briefs for suppliers and venues. We've questioned their quotes line by line and asked for the specifics most couples wouldn't think to ask for. Then we lay out your options side by side, clearly and simply, so you can compare them at a glance. There are no surprises later, no hidden costs and no small print to untangle.
As the day gets closer, that work steps up. We meet each supplier, follow up on every open question and make sure the whole team is working from the same plan. By the time you see a draft of your wedding day timeline, it has already been tested from every angle.
Problems solved before they reach you
Some of what you dream up will be difficult to pull off, whether that's a question of logistics, design or both. That's natural, and it's exactly why you have us.
When something isn't working, we deal with it quietly with the suppliers involved. We use our own experience to find a way through, and only then do we bring it to you, as a clear choice with the advantages of each option set out. You never have to carry the problem. You simply choose the solution you like best.
The person in the middle
A luxury wedding brings together dozens of talented people, each with their own way of working. We sit in the middle of all of them. We keep your vision at the centre and give every supplier what they need to do their best work.
We'll explain why something costs what it does, what a supplier can and can't deliver, and whether a quote is fair, generous or worth questioning. If you ask for something unusual, we negotiate it so everyone walks away happy.
We're also there for the conversations closer to home. Weddings bring out strong feelings and plenty of opinions, and trying to please everyone can be exhausting. As a calm, neutral voice, we can support you through it and, when it helps, speak to family members directly, so the months before your wedding stay joyful.
Nothing too small
We think about the wedding as your guests will live it: beautiful to look at, wonderful to be part of and effortless to find their way around. So we're involved in all of it. That includes the wedding website and the information your guests rely on, the stationery and every word printed on it, and the personal touches that carry your style from the first welcome to the final farewell.
On the day, we check everything, and then check it again. Every chair is straightened, every place setting aligned, every stray box and cable taken away. The practical, behind the scenes parts of a wedding stay hidden, so all you and your guests see is the finished picture.
A pace you can enjoy
Wedding planning comes with a steady stream of deadlines: payments, final numbers, menu choices and supplier confirmations. We keep all of them in hand, for our suppliers and for you, so nothing turns into a last minute scramble.
Every couple gets a planning timeline made for their wedding. It shows each stage in order and exactly when each decision is needed. Alongside it, we send regular updates on what we've done and what we need from you, with everything you need already attached. You always know where things stand, and you never have to chase us.
The people we trust
Our supplier network is one of the most valuable things we bring to your wedding. We work with florists, caterers, musicians and production teams whose work we know closely, and those long relationships mean they go further for our couples.
We're always looking for new talent too, bringing in makers and creatives whose style suits your wedding and whose work suits your budget.
Every recommendation we make is independent. We work completely commission free, we accept nothing from suppliers, and any discount we negotiate goes straight back to you. When we suggest someone, it's because they're right for your wedding and for no other reason.
Quietly saving the day
However carefully a wedding is planned, the weather, the traffic or life itself can still intervene. In the final weeks and on the day, we're the calm in the room. We think fast, act quietly and keep you completely unaware that anything went differently from the plan.
Whatever happens, you should only ever feel the day exactly as you imagined it. That's our promise.
