Pearl Events Atelier is led by Hannah, a luxury wedding planner & event designer. Planning and producing design-led weddings, events and multi-day celebrations in London, the Cotswolds, across the UK and Destination.
Our work combines artistry with rigorous operational planning, ensuring every celebration is defined by creativity, and attention to detail. We ensure every element is managed seamlessly, so our clients can remain present and enjoy the experience.

No two weddings follow the same formula, each is designed as a true reflection of you as a couple.
We begin with the first conversation about where you met, where you have travelled, what you love to eat, the music that ends your best nights and the people who will fill the room. From there we design a concept that tells your story, and everything that follows, from the venue to the details, is chosen because it belongs to it.
We take on eight weddings a year. It's a deliberate number. It means each wedding is led from first call to final guest by our founder and creative director, Hannah.
We specialise in complex celebrations where experience, logistics and operational control are as important as aesthetics. For couples hosting multi-day celebrations requiring extended planning and layered guest experiences we manage all elements, ensuring continuity and excitement throughout the weekend.

Full-service wedding planning is for couples with ambitious ideas who want the right people, expertise and creative thinking behind them. You might have a clear vision from the start, or simply know how you want your wedding to feel. Either way, we'll help you work out how to bring it to life.
From a marquee on private land to an exclusive-use estate, a weekend of celebrations or a destination wedding bringing everyone together from around the world, we oversee the entire process from the first ideas to the final guest departure.
That means developing the concept, finding the right venue and creative partners, managing budgets and logistics, and making sure every element works together. We're as invested in how a wedding looks and feels as we are in how it runs.

Pearl Events Atelier creates and plans private parties and celebrations where thoughtful design, meticulous planning and a real sense of fun go hand in hand. Every detail is carefully considered, but never at the expense of what matters most: bringing people together and enjoying the occasion.
From milestone birthdays and anniversary parties to intimate private dinners and larger-scale celebrations, we create personal, design-led events that feel as good as they look.

ABOUT PEARL EVENTS ATELIER
At Pearl Events Atelier, we believe all celebrations begin with curiosity. With getting to know the people behind them, understanding what matters to them and exploring what their wedding could look and feel like when there are no preconceived ideas to follow.
Founded by Hannah, Pearl Events Atelier is a creative planning and design studio built around the belief that no two celebrations should be the same. We don't have a signature look to impose or a formula to follow. Instead, every wedding starts with a conversation, allowing the ideas, details and atmosphere to grow from the couple themselves.
Hannah's background spans graphic design, fashion and theatre, three creative disciplines that continue to shape the studio's approach. From graphic design comes an instinct for composition and detail. From founding her own fashion brands, an understanding of how to develop an idea from the first sketch to the finished piece. And from her training at Italia Conti, a sensitivity to atmosphere, storytelling and the way people experience a space.
These influences come together in a process where creative direction and thoughtful planning go hand in hand. A strong concept gives a celebration its identity, while considered planning brings every element together, from the setting and the styling to the smallest details and the way the day unfolds.
Working closely with our couples, we bring fresh ideas, a considered eye and a genuine understanding of what makes their celebration personal. It's about bringing a distinctive vision to life, with intention, imagination and care, creating a celebration that feels completely at home with the people at its heart.
